The world has seen growth in the availability and use of mobile devices due to device portability and intuitive interfaces. Students with disabilities have also seen an increase in ownership and use as accessibility features are built into devices and device affordability improves. This presentation discusses a research project that focused on surveying post-secondary students with and without disabilities as to the mobile devices they own, how they use their mobile device(s), and their perspectives on using mobile devices for learning.
